Google Analytics handled for you.
We install and maintain the tracking on your site, so your practice gets the findings without anyone on your team handling tags or settings.
Track the actions that matter.
Beyond visits, we track the moments someone reaches out, like a completed request form or a tap on your office phone number.
Tracking that keeps up with your website.
When pages change, like a new service or updated insurance details, we check and adjust tracking so reports stay useful.
Leave the technical setup to us.
Your office team stays focused on patients while we configure Google Analytics and check the tracking ourselves.

FAQs
Questions about analytics and reporting.
The contents of your monthly report, and how your practice can view Google Analytics directly.
Each report explains how your website performed, the site updates and marketing finished under your plan, and the priorities we recommend next, such as a clearer new patient page. Results are compared with earlier periods, and we explain what any change means for your practice.
Monthly reporting starts with Growth. Search and local-visibility findings reflect the services included in your plan. AI-search findings are included where AI-search work is part of your agreed service, from Professional.
Yes. We review the Google Analytics your practice already has and use the appropriate property where possible, instead of creating a duplicate. If there is none, we arrange a separate property for your practice’s website.
You grant access through Google permissions, so nobody needs your password. Setting up the property and activating website tracking are separate steps.
Yes. After the property link and your Google permissions are set up, the Analytics section of your DomePortal™ opens your practice’s Google Analytics property. The detailed charts stay in Google Analytics itself, not in an embedded DentistDome™ dashboard.
We help your team make sense of the reports within your agreed service. A portal login alone does not grant Google Analytics access.
Not on its own. A form submission, a tap on your phone number, and a booking request are different actions, and one parent might do all three for the same visit. A phone-link click is not proof that a call was completed.
Knowing which requests became new patients takes appropriate tracking or information from your front desk. We treat those outcomes as distinct from website activity and explain what the data cannot show.
