DentistDome is a monthly service platform. DomeLabs owns the website design, code, platform, systems, templates, automations, and related infrastructure. Your Practice keeps ownership of your own business name, logo, domain, trademarks, client-provided content, and client-specific lead data.

What happens if I cancel?

After the required 30-day notice period, future billing stops and your access to the DentistDome website, hosting, tools, and support may end. Your Practice does not receive ownership of the DentistDome-built website, code, platform, templates, automations, or systems.

Yes. DentistDome plans include website hosting, management, maintenance, and support based on the plan you select. We also help keep the site and connected tools running after launch.

No. We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, leads, signed patients, revenue, or ROI. DentistDome is built to improve your website, intake, visibility, follow-up, and reporting, but actual results depend on your market, offer, specialty, competition, responsiveness, and other factors.
